Yes we do. By subscribing to our annual billing plan you will get a discount.

Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?

Right now, we are not. If you have more than 2 stores, feel free to contact our support team and we are happy to look at.

Do you offer a Partner Program?

Not at this time. We are launching it early next year.

How do I cancel?

It’s simple. If you don’t like our app, just uninstall and we’ll immediately stop your billing. If you decide to come back, the process or accepting the charge will be seamless.

Do you provide Refunds?

We do not provide refunds at this time. Feel free to cancel the app if you do not like it.

Do I have to install code in the theme?

Our app provides a hassle-free experience. There is no need for you to do anything regarding code. If you are facing any specific issues, feel free to contact us within the app.

Does the Login Helper functionality require any 3rd party email sending software like Sendgrid?

No, our app is built natively on Shopify and sends out all emails related to the login helper through Shopify.

Do you store any of my customer’s personal information?

The app stores only the required info in order to function properly. This info includes everything from the app settings section. All critical data such as the Multipass token is stored in our servers with encryption and it’s not visible to anyone else. All of the customer data you see in our app is directly fetched from Shopify and not stored internally.
